摘    要:以长江、辽河、瓯江和海河四个水系及南流江和俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克两个地区的绒螯蟹为研究对象,测量了其头胸甲及附肢等37个形态特征,应用聚类分析和判别分析的方法对不同水系的绒螯蟹形态特征进行数理统计分析。聚类分析结果显示:长江、瓯江、海河和辽河水系的样本分为一组,而南流江和俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克地区的样本分为另一组。判别分析结果显示:选用4个特征值时,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组判别分析的准确率分别为97.46%和87.10%,判对的概率为95.302%。四水系的判别准确率海河为76.47%,长江为100%,瓯江为87.50%,辽河为91.89%,判对的概率为92.373%。

Abstract:The morphological characteristics of different populations of mitten crab(Eriocheir sp.) from Changjiang,Liaohe,Oujiang,Haihe,Nanliujiang and Russia(Vladivostok) were studied.Thirty-seven morphological metric parameters in carapace and appendage were evaluated by cluster analysis for discrimination.The results showed that the crab from 6 river systems were divided into two major groups: one group comprising the samples from Changjang,Liaohe,Oujiang and Haihe,the other including the samples from Nanliujiang and Russia.The accuracy rate of discrimination were 97.46% and 87.10% using four morphological characters.Mean accuracy rate of discrimination was 95.302%.The accuracy rate of discrimination from Liaohe,Changjang,Oujiang and Haihe were 76.47%,100%,87.50% and 91.89%,respectively,with mean discrimination accuracy rate was 92.373% from the four populations.
