摘    要:测定并比较了扭蚌和反扭蚌的ITS-1序列,以三角帆蚌为外类群,利用Mega2.0软件中的最大简约法(MP法)和邻接法(NJ法)构建它们的系统发育树,试验结果表明,扭蚌和反扭蚌聚在一起形成一分支,三角帆蚌形成另一独立的分支;由此推断,扭蚌和反扭蚌属同物异名。

Abstract:The phylogenetic relationship between Arconaia lanceolata and A.mutica was investigated using sequences of the first internal transcribed spacer region(ITS-1) of ribosomal DNA(rDNA).The phylogenetic tree was assessed using Neighbor-joining(NJ) and maximum parsimony(MP) analyses.No variations were found in the phylogenies created by the two methods.The results suggest that Arconaia lanceolata and A.mutica are probably the same species.
