摘    要:通过建立的一种简单的反硝化聚磷菌筛选方法,获得一株源自池塘底泥的反硝化聚磷菌RC11,利用细菌自动分析鉴定仪等方法对其进行种属鉴定,确定其分类地位.试验结果表明,菌株RC11具有合成聚β-羟基丁酸和多聚磷酸盐的能力,硝酸盐还原阳性;在好氧情况下,可以直接利用培养基中的有机物(如乙酸、蛋白胨)氧化产能,吸收培养基中的磷酸...
