聚维酮碘对三疣梭子蟹大眼幼体及仔蟹的急性毒性研究

摘    要:研究了聚维酮碘对三疣梭子蟹大眼幼体和Ⅰ期仔蟹的急性毒性。试验结果表明,聚维酮碘对大眼幼体的24 h半致死质量浓度为36.661 mg/L,48 h的半致死质量浓度为29.105 mg/L,安全质量浓度为5.519 mg/L;对Ⅰ期仔蟹的24 h半致死质量浓度为35.467 mg/L,48 h的半致死质量浓度为19.887 mg/L,安全质量浓度为1.876 mg/L。三疣梭子蟹大眼幼体和Ⅰ期仔蟹对聚维酮碘的耐药性均随时间的延长而降低;在质量浓度为10、13 mg/L的条件下能分别促进大眼幼体和Ⅰ期仔蟹的蜕皮变态,提高蜕壳后的成活率。

Abstract:Acute toxicity of PVP-I to megalopa and first stage juveniles of swimming crab Portunus trituberculatus was studied in a laboratory.The LC50 of the PVP-I to megalopa was found to be 36.661 mg/L for 24 h and 29.105 mg/L for 48 h,with a safe concentration of 5.519 mg/L.For the first juvenile,LC50 of PVP-I was found to be 35.467 mg/L for 24 h and 19.887 mg/L for 48 h,with the safe concentration of 1.876 mg/L.There was a negative relationship between the drug resistance of the megalopa and fist juveniles and PV...
