可口革囊星虫体液细胞组成及营养成分研究

利用显微镜观察可口革囊星虫体液的有形成分是由血细胞、颗粒细胞、生殖细胞和桑椹胚细胞组成。利用氨基酸自动分析仪、液相色谱研究了体液的无形成分有18种常见氨基酸,氨基酸总量为2.34 mg/m l。8种必需氨基酸为0.8 mg/m l,占氨基酸总量的34.19%,呈鲜味游离氨基酸和呈甘味游离氨基酸的总含量为1.06 mg/m l,占体液氨基酸总量的45.3%。含有18种脂肪酸,总含量为0.69 mg/m l。其中,饱和脂肪酸含量为0.22 mg/m l,占脂肪酸总量的32.88%;不饱和脂肪酸含量为0.47 mg/m l,约占脂肪酸总量的68.12%,其中单不饱和脂肪总含量为0.22 mg/m l,占脂肪酸总量的32.88%;多不饱和脂肪酸总含量为0.252 mg/m l,约占脂肪酸总量的36.52%。

The Cells and Composition in the Coelomic Fluid of Phasolosmaes esculenta

The haemocyte cells,hemerythrocytes,granular cells,morulalike granulocytes in visible components of coelomic fluid in Phasolosmaes esculenta with microcopy,were reported in this paper.There were 18 kinds of amino acids and 18 kinds of fatty acids in visible components of coelomic fluid of P.esculenta with System 6300 amino acids autoanalyzer and HLCP.Total amino acids was 2.34 mg/ml,essential amino acids was 0.8 mg/ml,34.19% of the total amino acids.Flavour and delicacy amino acids was 1.06 mg/ml,45.3% of the total amino acids.Other components were 18 kinds of fatty acids.saturated was 0.22 mg/ml,68.12% of the total fatty acids,monounsaturated acids was 0.22 mg/ml,32.88% of the total fatty acids,polyunsaturated was 0.252 mg/ml,36.52% of the total fatty acids.
