| 摘 要： | 试验结果表明,细巧华哲水蚤和近亲真宽水蚤严重影响轮虫的存活率;采用1.50、1.75,2.00mg/L的敌百虫溶液2~3h能杀死桡足类成体和幼体,但在该浓度下杀灭桡足类的无节幼体则需要7.5~14.5h。用以上浓度的敌百虫溶液浸泡过的近亲真宽水蚤的卵提前同步萌发,据此提出“二次杀灭法”,以有效地控制和利用蟹苗池中的桡足类。

| Abstract: | Two copepod species Eurytemor affinis and Sinocalnus tenllus feeding on rotifer Brachionas plicatilis showed that both copepods influenced significantly on the rotifer survival in larval mitten-crab (Eriocheir sinensis) breeding earthen ponds. The copepods were dead when exposed to trichlorphon fluid at a rate of 1.50 mg/liter, 1.75mg/liter and 2.00 mg/liter for 2 to 3 hours, while larval copepods were dead when exposed to it for about 7.5 to 14.5 hours. The "twice treatment" was suggested because the embryos of E. affinis bathed in the trichlorphon fluid were hatched early in larval mitten-crab breeding earthen ponds.WT5HZ |
