摘    要:采用混合均匀试验设计方法,考察氮、磷营养盐浓度及其交互作用对孔石莼和繁枝蜈蚣藻氮、磷吸收的影响。试验结果表明,在适宜的范围内,2种海藻对氮、磷营养盐的吸收均随着营养盐浓度的升高而增加;NO3-N×NH4-N交互作用影响2种海藻对NO3-N的吸收;NO3-N×PO4-P交互作用影响孔石莼对3种氮、磷营养盐的吸收,还影响繁枝蜈蚣藻对NH4-N的吸收;NH4-N×PO4-P交互作用影响孔石莼对磷的吸收;藻质量对2种海藻营养盐的吸收有一定的作用,但是作用不是很显著。

Effects of Nutrients on the Uptake of Nitrogen and Phosphorus by Sea Weed Ulva pertusa and Grateloupia ramosissima
Abstract:Effects of levels of nitrogen and phosphorus and their combination on uptake of nitrogen and phosphorus by sea weed Ulva pertusa and Grateloupia ramosissima were studied. The results showed that there was increase in the uptake of nitrogen and phosphorus by the sea weed with increase in N and P concentration in the media within the suitable concentrations. The uptake of NO_3-N by these two species was affected by the interactions between NO and NH; the interactions between NO and P affected the uptake of nitrogen and phosphorus by U. pertusa and the uptake of NH_4-N by Grateloupia ramosissima; the interactions between NH and P affected the uptake of phosphorus by U. pertusa. The uptake of nitrogen and phosphorus by the sea weed changed with the sea weed body weight,without significant difference.
