摘    要:建立了水产品中孔雀石绿、结晶紫及代谢物无色孔雀石绿、无色结晶紫的液相色谱—串联质谱测定方法。以氘代孔雀石绿、氘代结晶紫、氘代无色孔雀石绿、氘代无色结晶紫分别为孔雀石绿、结晶紫、无色孔雀石绿、无色结晶紫的同位素内标进行定量,4种化合物的质量浓度为0.5~10.0μg/L时线性关系良好(r2≥0.9992);在0.5、0.75、1.0μg/kg 3个质量浓度水平添加,平均回收率为101.4%~114.6%,相对标准偏差均小于7.0%。

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatogrophy-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) was developed for the determination of malachite green(MG),leucomalachite green(LMG),crystal violet(CV) and leucocrystal violet(LCV) in fishery products by D5-MG,D6-CV,D6-LMG,and D6-LCV as the isotope internal standard media for MG,CV,LMG,and LCV.There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0.5~10.0 μg/L with correlation coefficents of more than 0.9992.The overall recovery was found to be varied from 101.4% to 114.6% at the spiked level of 0.5 μg/kg,0.75 μg/kg,and 1.0 μg/kg,with the relative standard deviation(RSD) of less than 7.0% in the method.
