| 摘 要： | 测定了浙江中华鳖肌肉中总Hg、As、Pb和Cd 4种重金属的含量。结果表明 ,中华鳖样品中的Hg、As、Pb和Cd的含量平均分别为 0 0 5 4mg/kg、 0 0 39mg/kg、 0 2 0 2mg/kg和 0 0 2 2mg/kg ,均低于国家水产品重金属卫生限量值。所有样品都未发现超标现象 ,且中华鳖 4种重金属含量分布呈现一定的地理差异

| Abstract: | The contents of mercury(Hg), arsenic(As), lead(Pb) and cadmium(Cd) in Trionyx sinensis muscles in Zhejiang province were analyzed in this paper. The results show that the residue of Hg, As, Pb and Cd in the turtle samples was 0.054 mg/kg, 0.039 mg/kg, 0.202 mg/kg and 0.022 mg/kg, respectively, which are below the levels of national fisheries heavy metals sanitation limits. No standard-exceeding phenomena are found in all samples. The spatial distributions of the four heavy metal concentrations showed significant differences. |
