| 摘 要： | 实验结果表明：在肝胰脏、前肠、中肠、后肠，胰蛋白酶的最适pH值分别是7．5、7．5、8．5、8．0；脂肪酶的最适pH值均为7．5。淀粉酶的最适pH值均为6．5；纤维素酶在肝胰脏的最适pH值是4．8，在前肠、中肠、后肠均有两个峰值，分别为3．6和4．8。说明胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶分别适宜在弱碱性、弱碱性、弱酸性和酸性条件下发挥酶的活力。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the variation of four digestive enzymes activity in Carassius auratus in different pH values.The optimum pH values of heptoanecteas,foregut,midgut,hindgut for the trypsin are 7 5,7 5,8 5,8 0 respectively,and for the lipase are 7 5,and for the amylase are 6 5 The optimum pH values of heptoanecteas for the cellulase is 4 8,and there are two optimum pH values of intestine for the cellulase 3 6 and 4 8,It showes different pH values are conductive to different digestive enzymes. |
