枯草芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及酶系分布的研究

摘    要:从池底污泥中分离1株产芽孢杆菌,经菌落形态及主要生理生化特性鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。对此菌发酵过程中产酶情况作了研究,结果表明,菌株能够分泌淀粉酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶,具有用于研制微生态制剂的潜力。

Abstract:A strain isolated from sludge of a pond was identified as a bacterium Bacillus subtilis according to physiological characteristics during culture.It was found that this strain secreted amylase,protease,cellulase and lipase during the culture and thus was a good candidate for probiotics.
