| 摘 要： | 用酶解海蜇胶原蛋白得到海蜇胶原蛋白肽研究其对小鼠的免疫调节作用。给小鼠灌胃海蜇胶原蛋白肽,测定了免疫器官指数,巨噬细胞吞噬功能,脾淋巴细胞增殖功能等免疫功能指标。试验结果表明,高剂量海蜇胶原蛋白肽能明显提高小鼠的碳廓清指数K、吞噬指数α和脾脏指数,显著促进伴刀豆球蛋白诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖。

| Abstract: | The immune effecfs of jellyfish collagen on mice were studied.The mice were fed with collagen peptide and the index of immune organs,functions of macrophage,and lymphocyte proliferation response were determined.Animal tests showed that high dose of collagen peptide markedly elevated the carbon clearance index(K),phagocytic index(α) and spleen index,then promoted T lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA.Jellyfish collagen peptide was found to enhance the immune function of the mice. |
