| 摘 要： | 对青岛某养殖场发病大菱鲆分离的5株病原菌进行鉴定。使用法国生物梅里埃公司的全自动微生物鉴定仪VITEK2Compact的革兰氏阴性菌鉴定卡(GNtest kit),结合生物梅里埃公司的API细菌鉴定系统API 20E进行生理生化反应测试。为了进一步确定5株菌的分类学地位,测定了16SrDNA基因序列,与相关细菌序列进行比对,构建了系统进化树。生化反应和16S rDNA基因序列表明其中4株菌与溶藻弧菌亲缘关系最近,人工感染试验表明溶藻弧菌对养殖大菱鲆的致病力是相当强的。
