柴油对斑马鱼超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的柴油处理液对斑马鱼死亡率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响。结果表明:380号柴油处理对斑马鱼的96h半致死浓度为450mg/L;低浓度的柴油处理对斑马鱼肌肉中SOD和CAT活性起诱导作用,而高浓度则起抑制作用,在处理浓度为300mg/L时SOD和CAT活性达到最高值,在试验过程中存在明显的"毒理兴奋"作用。建议以斑马鱼肌肉中SOD和CAT活性变化作为水环境监测的生物指标,从而达到评价水生生态环境的目的。

Abstract:The effect of the different concentration of diesel oil on mortality rate,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) of zebra fish was studied.The results showed that the 96h-LC_(50)of zebra fish was 450 mg/L.The activity of SOD and CAT was induced by the lower concentration treatment,but that of SOD and CAT was restrained by the higher concentration treatment,and the maximal activity appeared in the 300mg/L."The excitement of toxicology" existed in the experimentation.The active change of SOD and CAT of zebra fish can be used as a biological indicator and to evaluate the aquatic ecosystem.
