丽文蛤与文蛤4个地理群体的形态差异分析

摘    要:对丽文蛤和文蛤的可量性状进行了单因子方差分析、主成分分析、聚类分析和判别分析,比较了两者的形态差异。单因子方差分析结果显示,丽文蛤与文蛤在10个比例性状中存在着7~8个显著差异(P0.05)。主成分分析和聚类分析结果显示,文蛤不同地理群体为一组,丽文蛤为另一组。主成分分析构建了4个主成分,其贡献率分别为26.70%、17.04%、13.82%和10.40%,累计贡献率为67.95%。第一主成分主要受楯面长/壳长、小月面长/壳长的影响。判别分析结果显示,丽文蛤与文蛤4个地理群体的形态差异显著(P0.05)。建立了5个判别函数,其判别准确率P1为69.51%~98.75%,P2为76.67%~95.18%,综合判别率为82.80%。

Abstract:The morphological variations between Meretrix lusoria and Meretrix meretrix were analysed by one-way ANOVA,principle component analysis,cluster analysis and discriminant analysis.One-way ANOVA showed that there were 6-9 significant differences among 10 morphological characters between M.lusoria and 4 M.meretrix populations.Results of principle component analysis and cluster analysis showed that 4 M.meretrix populations pooled into one group,while M.lusoria pooled into another group.In principle component analysis,four principle components were constructed by factor loading,in which the first principle component was affected by OE/AB,OF/AB.The contribution ratios of four principle components were 26.70%,17.04%,13.82% and 10.40%,respectively,and the cumulative contribution ratio was 67.95%.The result of stepwise discriminant analysis revealed that M.lusoria and 4 M.meretrix populations differed significantly in morphology(P<0.05).Five discriminant functions of M.lusoria and 4 M.meretrix populations were established,and the discriminant accuracy was 69.51%-98.75% for P1 and 76.67%-95.18% for P2.The average discriminant accuracy was 82.80%.
