摘    要:研究了盐度对卵形鲳鲹幼鱼主要消化酶(蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶)的影响及其消化酶活性的昼夜变化。实验设计了6个盐度梯度组,分别为10、15、20、25、30、35。结果表明:(1)淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性在盐度25时最高,而蛋白酶活性在盐度30时最高。3种消化酶酶活性的平均值在盐度20~30时要明显高于盐度10~15时(P<0.05)。(2)对卵形鲳鲹幼鱼消化酶活性昼夜变化的测定表明,蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性的最高值分别在20∶00、8∶00和14∶00,最低值分别在2∶00、17∶00和11∶00。

Abstract:Effects of salinity and diurnal variation on digestive enzyme activity in juvenile Trachinotus ovatus with the body weight of 0.82±0.15 g were studied. The Trachinotus ovatus was stocked in six different salinities (10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35). The results indicated :(1) The activity of amylase and lipase was highest in salinity 25,but the activity of protease was highest in salinity 30. The average digestive enzyme activity in salinity 20, 25 and 30 was much higher than that in salinity 10 and 15.(2) The study on the diurnal variation of digestive enzyme activity of Trachinotus ovatus showed that the highest activity of protease, amylase and lipase appeared at 20∶ 00, 8∶ 00 and 14∶ 00, respectively, while the lowest activity of protease, amylase and lipase appeared at 2∶ 00, 17∶ 00 and 11∶ 00, respectively.
