| 摘 要： | 大鲵自华中地区引进至华南地区,并驯养成功后,在特殊人工生态条件下,其性腺发育规律也随之发生改变。大鲵性腺成熟系数最大值,由大鲵自然产区的8月中旬提前到6月中旬至7月中旬。用大鲵周年性腺成熟积温推算,大鲵性腺成熟期亦为每年的6月中旬。1999和2000年的人工催产繁殖实践结果也显示大鲵在华南地区最佳繁殖期为6月中旬至7月中旬。 |

| Abstract: | After successful introduction of giant salamander from central China to south China and successful domestication in artificial changed, The peak value appeared aquaculture condition in south China, the of mature coefficient appeared in mid-June rhythm of gonad development has to mid-July in south China, but it in mid-August in the original habitat areas. Compared with the accumulated temperature needed to reach maturity in the original habitat areas, the date of giant salamander peak spawning period in south China should he on 18 June. According to the results of artificial spawning practice in south China, the optimum period of giant salamander spawning also should be in mid-June to mid-July. |
