饲料中添加南极大磷虾粉对点带石斑鱼幼鱼生长与肌肉营养成分的影响

摘    要:在基础日粮中分别添加0、2.0%、4.0%和6.0%的南极大磷虾粉,研究不同添加水平的南极大磷虾粉对点带石斑鱼幼鱼生长性能和肌肉营养成分的影响。结果如下:(1)添加4.0%南极大磷虾粉试验组的点带石斑鱼幼鱼生长速度最快,增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和蛋白质转化效率(PER)最大(P0.05),饲料系数(FCR)最低;(2)南极大磷虾粉对点带石斑鱼幼鱼肌肉粗蛋白和粗脂肪的含量有显著影响(P0.05)。4.0%组的幼鱼肌肉的粗蛋白含量最高,其次是6.0%组,2.0%组的肌肉粗蛋白含量与对照组间没有显著差异;4.0%组的幼鱼肌肉的粗脂肪含量也是4组中最高的,但6.0%添加组粗脂肪含量显著低于其余各组(P0.05);(3)添加南极大磷虾粉组肌肉中所含二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和多不饱和脂肪酸总量(ΣPUFA)均高于对照组。综合表明,添加南极大磷虾粉对点带石斑鱼幼鱼的生长和肌肉营养成分都有一定的影响,能改善其生长性能和提高肌肉品质。

Abstract:The optimum dietary krill powder(Euphausia superba)(0.0%,2.0%,4.0%,and 6.0%) for juvenile grouper(Epimephelus.malabaricus)(initial body weight 3.50±0.30 g) reared in sea water with 28‰ salinity was determined using practical diets in a 3 × 3 factorial floating round net cages(r =40 cm) for 100 days.Based on determining growth characteristics,nutritional components and fatty acids in muscle,the experimental results showed that:(1)For juvenile grouper,the 4% experimental group gained the fastest growth rate,and weight gain rate(WGR),special growth rate(SGR) and protein efficiency rate(PER) were the highest while food conversion rate(FCR) was the lowest in four groups(P<0.05);(2)Krill powder could obviously affect the nutritional components such as crude protein and crude fat in muscle of juvenile grouper(P<0.05),and the highest crude protein was in the dietary level 4% group,and following was the dietary level 6% group;the highest crude fat content was in the level 4% group,while the lowest crude fat content was in the dietary level 6% group(P<0.05);(3)The amount of polyunsaturated fatty(PUFA) and the content of DHA and EPA in experimental groups were higher than those in control group.In a word,krill powder in the diet could promote the growth and the quality of the flesh of juvenile grouper.
