摘    要:基于个体生态模型(IBM)于20世纪70年代提出,数十年间在渔业科学领域得到广泛应用,现已成为渔业科学研究的重要手段之一。本文主要介绍了IBM的基本概念和研究方法,概述了国内外研究现状以及在渔业科学中的应用,分析了模型在应用中存在的问题、未来发展方向及趋势。研究认为,IBM在渔业科学研究和应用过程中需充分考虑以下问题:(1)了解模拟对象的生活史过程生物学特性,以及其栖息地环境特征;(2)针对不同的对象选用合适的环境因子和参数;(3)参考经典的生态学理论框架和方法来建立和分析个体模型;(4)综合统计分析、海洋遥感、地理信息系统等方法;(5)利用野外和敏感性试验获得实测数据,以校正IBM模型并提高精度。

Abstract:Individual-based model(IBM) has been widely used in the field of fishery science and has also become one of the important tools for scientific research in fisheries since it was advanced in the 1970s.This paper discribed the basic concepts and research methods of IBM and provided an overview of the research status and the problems and deficiency on application in fisheries science,it also analyzed the direction of development and trend of the model.And the problems which should be considered in the study and application of IBM were listed as follows:(1) study on target species' life history and biological characteristics and its habitats;(2) suitable factors and variables should be selected according to different objects;(3) refer to classic ecological theory framework and the advanced strategy to build and analyze the individual model;(4) aggregate analysis coupling with statistical analysis,ocean remote sensing and GIS;(5) validate and analyze the model using the sensitivity tests and field data to improve the accuracy of the model.
