摘    要:采用静态急性毒性试验的方法,研究了96h内海水中重金属离子Zn2+、Cd2+的不同浓度及其交互作用对青蛤幼贝存活的影响。结果表明:Zn2+和Cd2+对青蛤幼贝的96h LC50和安全浓度分别为160mg/L、14mg/L和1.60mg/L、0.14mg/L;而二种离子的交互作用表现为二者间存在拮抗作用,其中,Zn2+的毒性略大于Cd2+。

Abstract:By way of the static acute toxicity test(96 h),the effects of different concentrations of Zn2 and Cd2 as well as their interaction on survival of Juveniles of clam(Cyclina sinensis) have been investigated.The results indicated that the 96 h median lethal concentration(96 h LC_50) and the safe concentration of Zn2 and Cd2 on Juveniles of clam(Cyclina sinensis) were 160 mg/L and 14 mg/L,1.60 mg/L and 0.14 mg/L respectively.In addition,the interaction between Zn2 and Cd2 on the Juveniles of clam showed that the antagonistic action of the Zn2 and Cd2 was existed.The toxicity of Zn2 was stronger than that of Cd2 in the interaction.Therefore,water quality especially together with Zn2 and Cd2 concentration should be detected before used to breed clam.
