海鳗个体繁殖力与生物学指标的关系分析

摘    要:采集了96 indⅢ期以上海鳗性腺样本,计算得到海鳗个体繁殖力的数据,分析了海鳗个体繁殖力与各生物学指标的关系。个体绝对繁殖力F变动范围为(5.3~384.8)×104egg;个体相对繁殖力FL变化范围为202~3847 egg/mm;FW变化范围为156~618 egg/g。通过对个体繁殖力与6个生物学指标的相关分析、回归分析、复合分析、综合分析和因子分析,发现海鳗的个体繁殖力与总重、性腺重的关系最密切。为了更好地反映出各生物学指标的综合作用,可以把生物学指标归纳成生长指标因子和性体指标因子来进行分析。

Abstract:Based on the materials taken from the resources investigation of Muraenesox cinereus in East China Sea from 2002 to 2005,ninety-six female individuals with ovary over Ⅲ stage were obtained.The individual fecundity of the fish together with the relationship between the individual fecundity and the biological indicators were analyzed.The individual absolute fecundity F varied from 53 to 3 848 thousand eggs,the individual relative fecundity FL varied from 202 to 3 847 eggs per mm,and FW varied from 156 to 618 eggs per gram.After analyzing the relationship between individual fecundity and biological indicators by means of the correlative analysis,the regression analysis,the composite analysis and the synthesized analysis,it could be found that individual fecundity was the best close with body weight and gonad weight.To better demonstrate the comprehensive function of each biological indicator,the biological indicators could be reduced to growth factor and sex body factor which eliminated the problems of superposition and multiple co-linearity resulted from elucidation of individual fecundity as well as provided the essential basis for comparing different species of fishes and comprehensive saving the data.
