红霉素残留测定过程中分解产物的研究

摘    要:对水产品中红霉素残留量测定过程中红霉素的分解进行了初步探讨。结果发现:红霉素在酸性条件下不稳定,并随着酸度的增大,红霉素的分解也随之增加。通过高效液相色谱和液质联用技术对红霉素在酸性条件下的分解产物的鉴定,发现红霉素主要的分解产物为红霉素A8,9-脱水-6,9半缩酮。

Abstract:Present paper deals with the preliminary inquisition on the decomposition of the erythromycin during the process of determination.The results showed that erythromycin was unstable under acidic condition,and the decomposition of erythromycin would be increased along with the increasing of acidity.A decomposed compound of the erythromycin,8,9-anhydroerythromycin A 6,9-hemiacetal,has been detected by means of HPLC and LC/MS.
