摘    要:根据2007年的4月(春季)和10月(秋季)辽东湾海域19个调查站位所采集的底栖生物样品的鉴定结果,分析了其种类组成、丰度、生物量、生物多样性及群落结构特征,探讨了大型底栖动物群落特征分布与环境因子的相关性。调查共发现大型底栖动物46种,其中春季33种,秋季26种;多样性指数(H')分布无显著空间差异,丰富度指数(dMa)和均匀度指数(J)分布趋势较为一致,高值区集中分布于辽东湾中部,低值区位于辽东湾西北部沿岸水域;群落聚类分析将春秋两季均划分为5组,但5组内容不同,表明季间群落结构变化较大;群落结构与环境因子的相关分析和BIOENV分析表明生物与环境因子之间无显著相关。

Abstract:Based on the identification results of biological samples collected from 19 survey stations of the Liaodong Bay in April (spring) and October (autumn) of 2007,we analyzed the species composition,abundance,biomass,species diversity and structural characteristics of the macrobenthos community,and further analyzed the pertinence between the distribution of community characteristics and environmental factors of the macrobenthos.The survey found that the total macrobenthos species was 46,including 33 species in spring and 26 species in autumn;the distribution of diversity index (H') showed no significant spatial difference,the distribution trend of richness index (dMa)and evenness index (J) was consistent,the area with high value had a concentrated distribution in the middle part of the Liaodong Bay,the area with low value was located in the northwestern coastal water of the Liaodong Bay;the community clustering analysis divided both of the spring and autumn into 5 groups,but the content of 5 groups was different,indicating that the change of community structure between seasons was great;the related analysis between community structure and environmental factors and the BIOENV analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between biology and environmental factors.
