| 摘 要： | 综述了鱼类杂交育种的发展和远缘杂交的应用,以及遗传学在鱼类杂交育种中的应用,并从遗传学角度对石斑鱼类杂交育种的研究现状进行了介绍,简述了通过杂交和选育等遗传育种技术改良种质,获得石斑鱼类优良新品种。将遗传学分析应用于石斑鱼类杂交的研究中,展望了石斑鱼类杂交育种工作的前景。

| Abstract: | The development of fish breeding and the application of distant hybridization and genetics in hybrid breeding were reviewed.The research status of grouper in cross-breeding was also recapitulated.Since new fine grouper could be got by improving the germplasm by use of genetic breeding technology,such as hybridization and breeding.This method can be used in the hybridization research of grouper.This paper looked ahead the cross-breeding in grouper as well. |
