| 摘 要： | 对发生于阳江市某网箱养殖场的卵形鲳鲹幼鱼大规模死亡进行了初步调查,发现病鱼症状为体色发黑、螺旋状或旋转游动、反应迟钝、厌食、无寄生虫及细菌感染,通过电镜负染发现有大小为30nm的病毒粒子,初步断定为神经坏死病毒感染。

| Abstract: | Preliminary investigation on mass mortality of young fish Trachinotus ovatus cultured on sea cage in Yangjiang was carried out. The symptom of the sick fish was as follows: the skin was nigrescent, swam twisty or circularly, responded slowly!and anorexia. There was no infection of parasites or bacteria. Under electric microscope there were virus particles about 30 nm in size.We primarily predicted it was infected by nervous necrosis virus. |
