| 摘 要： | 随机选择性成熟的香港巨牡蛎（Crassostrea hongkongensis）不同性别组（雌95个、雄75个）,对5个形态与产量性状进行测量,应用相关分析、多元逐步回归和通径分析等方法计算不同性状对全质量和肉质量的通径系数、决定系数及回归方程。结果表明,雌性群体中高与长、宽相关不显著,其他均显著相关（P〈0.05）;对全质量而言,雄性组肉质量直接影响最大,其次是体高,而雌性组体高直接影响最大,其次是体长;对肉质量是雄性组全质量的直接影响最大,其次是体宽,而雌性组体宽影响最大,其次为全质量;依据逐步回归分析,对2种产量性状分别建立了不同性别组的4个回归方程。该研究结果为选择育种的具体应用提供了重要参考依据。
