摘    要:试验生态条件下,研究了4种常用水产动物中草药添加剂对金丝鱼(Tanichthrs altbonubes)胁迫的响应变化。结果表明,4种中草药添加剂对金丝鱼影响的大小依次为大蒜素(Allicin)〉枸杞多糖(Lycium baramm polysaccharide,LBP)〉黄芪多糖(Astragalus polysaccharide,APS)〉香菇多糖(Lentinan,LNT);对金丝鱼的安全质量浓度分别为10.89、156.81、239.49和278.92mg·L^-1。试验结果可为常用中草药添加剂对水生动物的影响研究提供基础资料。

Abstract:The toxicity of four Chinese herb additives to white cloud mountain fish ( Tanichthrs altbonubes) was studied under the laboratory ecological conditions. The results indicated that the order of four Chinese herb additives from strong to weak was Allicin 〉 LBP 〉 APS 〉 LNT. The safe concentration of these additives for white cloud mountain fish was 10. 89, 156. 81,239.49 and 278.92 mg·L^-1 , respectively. The experimental results could provide fundamental references for the researches on the effects of the Chinese herb additlves on aquatic organisms.
