Acute Toxicity of Six Chemicals to Rana dybowskii

This paper revealed the susceptibility of Rana dybowskii to six medicines including Qianglv shaxing, Qiangli xiaodufen, KMnO4, Dingdian, Sanjiu junduqing and Baidusha. The half lethal concentration （LCso） in 24 h, 48 h and 96 h and safe concentration （ SC ） were determined at the same time. The results showed that the half lethal concentration （LC50） in 24 h were 23. 798, 52. 367, 32. 704, 94. 408, 39. 129 and 192. 980 mg/L , respectively;the LC50 in 48 h were 15. 433, 40.669, 25. 088, 53. 740, 26. 361 and 119. 580 rag/L, respectively; the LC50 in 96 h were 15. 433, 33. 835, 21. 606, 50. 086, 18. 377 and 100. 280 mg/L, respectively; the SC were 1. 5433, 3. 3835, 2. 1606, 5. 0086, 1. 8377 and 10. 0280 mg/L, respectively. The susceptibility of Rana dybowskii to the six drugs was in the order of Qianglv shaxing, Sanjiu junduqing, KMnQ, Qiangli xiaodufen, Dingdian and Baijunsha.
