彭水水库蓄水初期乌江下游浮游甲壳动物群落结构特征

Characters of Community Structure of the Crustacean Zooplankton in Newly Constructed Pengshui Reservoir of the Wujiang River
Abstract:Surverys on the crustacean zooplankton communities in the Pengshui Reservoir were carried out in April, July, and October of 2008. There were 49 species in 29 genera of crustacean zooplankton in the the Pengshui Reservoir, among which 21 species in 13 genera was cladocera and 28 species in 16 genera was copepoda. The average distribution density of cladocerans and copepads were 1.89 ind./L and 0.78 ind./L, respectively, and their aver- age biomass were 37.70μg/L and 5.49μg/L, respectively. With the season changes crustacean zooplankton ex- periences obvious variatioons. There were the most species in spring and the least in autumn. As for the horizontal distribution, more crustacean zooplankton in the Pengshui Reservoir region were found, and relatively less in the reservoir end and downstream flow of the Pengshui Reservoir. The species number of the crustacean zooplankton in Wujiang River below Pengshui dam was affected significantly by reservoir sluicing.
