安邦河湿地自然保护区秋季底栖动物群落结构研究及生物学评价

2005年秋对安邦河湿地自然保护区底栖动物进行了较系统的调查.利用Excel对数据进行初步处理;通过DPSv7.55软件分析密度和生物量与环境因子的关联度;利用指示生物和生物学指数评价水质现状.研究结果为.安邦河湿地自然保护区大型底柄动物17种,水生昆虫中摇蚊属占绝对优势类群;底柄动物密度在分布区内变化为:D边缘区D核心区、D上游D下游;底栖动物密度与环境因子中的营养盐DIP关联最大;物种多样性与水体营养水平呈相反趋势.目前安邦河湿地自然保护区水体有向富营养水平过渡的趋势.利用底柄动物群落结构与理化指标相结合能反应水质状况,因此该研究可以进一步完善安邦河湿地自然保护区水质监测方法.

The Community Structure of Zoobenthos in Anbang River Wetland Reserves
