| 摘 要： | 2001年8、9、10、11、12月和2002年12月进行了不同时间虹蹲鱼卵卵径的变化和不同颜色虹蹲鱼卵的吸水前后变化、采卵数、受精率的观察研究。结果表明：经方差分析体长、体重与卵径无相关性，而卵径与时间、水温有一定的相关性(r＝0．8354，r=—0．7634)；橘红色、淡黄色卵在吸水前后变化、采卵数、受精率等差异不大，橘红色卵的质量略高于淡黄色卵。

| Abstract: | Transformation of diameters of the rainbow trout eggs in different time, the change of different color eggs before and after absorbing water, number of adopted eggs, fertilized rate and the rate of eyed-eggs were observed and studied in 2001 from August to December and in December, 2002 The results show that there is no relationship between the weight and the egg diameter after analysis of variance, but the egg diameters is related to time and water temperature(r=0 8354, r=0 7634); there are no significant variance between orange eggs and light yellow eggs on the change before and after absorbing water, number of adopted eggs, fertilized rate and the rate of eyed-eggs Quality of orange eggs are better than light yellow eggs |
