摘    要:大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)是我国北方沿海地区重要的养殖经济鱼类,在北方沿海区域经济的快速发展中发挥了重要作用。但随着养殖的规模化和集约化发展,大菱鲆病害问题已成为产业可持续发展的主要瓶颈之一。文章综述了大菱鲆腹水病的临床症状、病原菌和致病条件,并结合养殖现状,提出在实际生产中采取免疫接种等综合预防措施、一旦发病选择西医结合的方法进行对症治疗的建议,可为大菱鲆腹水病的流行病学研究、疾病发生预警以及防治提供参考。

Abstract:Scophthalmus maximus, one of the major cultured species of flounders in the world, plays an important economic role in the northern coastal areas of China. However, with the intensive and large-scale development of aquaculture, disease is not only a prominent problem, but also one of the main bottlenecks in the sustainable development of the turbot industry. This review summarized the clinical symptoms, pathogens, pathogenic conditions and prevention and control strategies of ascites disease of S. maximus. The review could be a theoretical reference for the epidemiological study, early prevention and control of turbot ascites disease.
