铜锌离子对褶皱臂尾轮虫的急性毒性试验

摘    要:研究了Cu++、Zn++对褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionusplicatilis)的急性毒性影响。实验温度25±1℃,轮虫对Cu++的污染相当敏感,Cu++24h半致死浓度为24hLC50=14.47μg/L~21.93μg/L;Zn++24h半致死浓度为24hLC50=3.404mg/L~4.549mg/L。

Abstract:With neoated rotifer Brachionus plicatilis BZ]taken as the tested animal, the toxic effect of Cu and Zn ions on rotifer was examined at 25. The results show that rotifer was very sensitive to Cu ion with the 24h LC50s ranging from 14.47 g/L to 21.93 g/L, while rotifer was exposed to Zn ion with the 24h LC50s from 3.404 mg/L to 4.549 mg/L under the same experimental conditions.
