摘    要:凋亡是机体为维持内环境稳定而由基因控制的细胞的自主、有序性死亡,与细胞坏死的方式不同。近年来的一些研究显示,水产病原致病过程中可诱导宿主细胞凋亡。文章总结并展望了细菌、病毒和寄生虫诱导水产动物细胞凋亡的研究进展和发展趋势,可为水产病原致病机制的深入研究提供参考。

Abstract:Apoptosis is a spontaneous and orderly death of cells controlled by some genes in order to maintain the stability of organismal internal environment,which is different from cell necrosis.In recent years,some studies have shown that aquatic pathogens can induce the apoptosis of host cells.This article summarized and prospected the research progress and development trend of cell apoptosis induced by bacteria,viruses and parasites in aquatic animals,which could provide reference for further research on pathogenic mechanism of aquatic pathogens.
