摘    要:2019年,我国鲟鱼产量首次突破10万吨,居世界首位,已形成了较为完整的养殖产业链,成为渔业产业转型升级、渔民脱贫致富的支柱产业之一。但由于养殖场规划不合理,很多养殖场未配备尾水处理设施,导致环境污染、病害增多、产量下降等一系列问题逐步显现。为规范养殖场的建设,保障我国鲟鱼产业的可持续发展,文章从场址选择、规划与布局、养殖区建设、尾水处理区建设和附属设施等方面阐述了尾水处理流水养殖场的建设技巧。

Abstract:With the breakthrough of artificial propagation technology of sturgeon, a boom in sturgeon farming has sprung up across our country, especially in southwest and east China, which are rich in cold water resources. In 2019, the output of sturgeon in China exceeded 100 000 t for the first time, ranking first in the world, increasing by 2.39 times compared with 2010, forming a relatively complete farming industry chain. Now it has become one of the pillar industries for the transformation and upgrading of fishery industry and the poverty alleviation of fishermen. However, due to unreasonable farming planning, many farms are not equipped with tail water treatment facilities, resulting in a series of problems such as environmental pollution, disease increase and yield decline. In order to standardize the farm construction and ensure the sustainable development of sturgeon industry in China, this paper elaborated the farm construction skills of tail water treatment from the aspects of site selection, planning and layout, farming area construction, tail water treatment construction and subsidiary facilities.
