摘    要:选用11种常用的化学消毒剂对罗氏沼虾仔蚜和幼虾进行急性致毒试验。结果显示,罗氏沼虾虾苗对农药类的兴棉宝,敌百虫最敏感。对硫酸铜次之。对之最不敏感的药物为甲醛,其次为次氯酸钠和生石灰。不同的个体大小对药物的耐受能力朱同,大个体能忍受较高的药物浓度。根据24h半致死浓度TLm24的大小来判定药物对罗氏沼虾虾苗的毒性大小,可将其由高至低排列如下:兴棉宝〉敌百虫〉硫酸铜〉二氯异氰尿酸钠〉孔雀绿〉商锰酸钾》

Abstract:A total of 11 kinds of chemical disinfectants have been chosen to observe their effects on juveniles Macrobrachium rosenbergii. Results showed that pesticides were the most sensitive disinfectants, and copper sulfate was the next, while the most insensitive disinfectant was Formalin, followed by Sodium chlorite and Quicklime. The tolerances to disinfectants were related to the sizes of the juveniles tested. The larger ones showed higher tolerant abilities. According to 24 hours median lethal concentrations ( TLm 24 ) of these disinfectants on juveniles Macrobrachium rosenbergii, the toxicity from high to low can be ordered as: Cypermethrin > Dipterex ( Trichlorphon ) > Copper sulfate > DCC Na > Malachite green > Potassium Permanganate > Bleeching Powder > Methylene bule > Quicklime > Sodium chlorite > Formalin. The safe concentrations for these disinfectants of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were calculated according to the TLm 24 and TLm 48 .
