上海低盐海区的坛紫菜栽培试验

摘    要:为建立低盐度海区的紫菜栽培模式,选用人工选育的耐低盐坛紫菜品系(DY-1),于2010—2013年在芦潮港海区开展了生产性栽培试验。2010—2011年度试验栽培面积为0.2 hm2,获得了初步成功;2011—2012和2012—2013两个年度试验栽培面积均为1 hm2,生产期分别为181 d和174 d,均采收了4个批次鲜菜,产量分别为22 875 kg/hm2和22 500 kg/hm2。试验结果表明,耐低盐坛紫菜品系(DY-1)适合在上海低盐海区栽培,且产量较高,可在河口海区大规模推广。

Abstract:A pilot cultivation experiment was carried out during 2010-2013 in Luchao Harbor sea area of Shanghai using the artificially bred strain DY-1 in Porphyra haitanensis,which was featured with the tolerance to low salinity.The results showed that:cultivated area of blades in 2010-2011,2011-2012 and 2012-2013 was 0.2 hm2,1 hm2 and 1 hm2,respectively.The blades were harvested four times in each of last two production years with 181 and 174 days of production period,respectively,and the yield of fresh weight both exceeded 22500 kg/hm2.These results confirmed that bred strain DY-1 was suitable for cultivation in the low-salinity sea area of Shanghai,and the yield was high.The DY-1 strain was expected to be widely promoted and cultivated in estuary area.
