罗非鱼耐盐数量性状位点(QTL)定位研究

Abstract:190 microsatellite markers were used to perform QTL mapping in 282 full sib tilapia individuals,and 15 salt-tolerant QTLs were identified.Among them,st-c and mst-a could explain 19.2%of the difference in salt tolerance among all fish and 19.1%of the difference in salt tolerance among males,respectively.One XY sex-determining locus and sodium potassium chloride cotransporter 2(NKCC2)gene were located at the peaks of st-c and mst-a,respectively.The results indicated that all male tilapia may have salt tolerance advantage in mariculture,and NKCC2 could be an important candidate gene in the breeding of salt-tolerant tilapia.
