摘    要:几何形态测量法起源于上个世纪80年代末90年代初,不同于传统的径向测量法,它主要关注的是物体的外形变化,通过相应的理论基础,将物体的形态和大小分开,利用多元分析等数学方法对结果进行分析和解释。该方法对分析具有固定形态的生物有着重要的意义,已广泛使用于种群划分等众多领域中。水生动物一般由硬组织包裹,具有较为固定的外形,同时它们在不同的水域中扮演着的不同的重要角色,对该类生物的形态学分析对个体生长和相应的环境变化的影响也显得越来越重要。因此本文对近十年来国内外学者利用几何形态测量法对水生动物形态的研究进行回顾,介绍分析方法和软件,同时对该方法未来在水生动物学科中的发展及其应用进行展望。

Abstract:Geometrics morphometric (GM) was rooted from late 1980s to early 1990s in last century. It is differed from the traditional measurement, mainly focus on the variability of shape. With relative theory foundation, we were separating shape and size, explaining the intrinsic results using multivate analysis. This new method was meaningful to the organism with fixed and stable shape, and also widely spread in many fields. Generally, aquatic animals were surrounded by hard structures with relative invariable shape. Meanwhile, they were played different important roles in diversify waters, so it is gradually significant to study the ontogenetic growth and the impact of corresponding environmental change. This paper reviewed the shape analysis of aquatic animals with geometrics morphometric, introduced methodology and software, made a perspective for the development of GM in the field of aquatic animals.
