| 摘 要： | 本文报道了团头鲂鱼种在饲料中的蛋白质、糖、维生素和无机盐等保持适宜含量的条件下,不同脂肪含量对团头鲂鱼种生长影响的试验结果,试验所用的脂肪为新鲜的豆油。结果表明,团头鲂鱼种饲料中脂肪适宜含量为 2～5％,最适含量为3.6％左右。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the results of experiment aimed at determi-nation of the optimum lipid level in the diet for blunt snout bream fingerling. Thetest feeds were made up of purified ingredients, and the lipid presented in thediet was fresh soya bean oil. The feeds differed from their lipid levels, while thelevels of other main ingredients,such as protein,vitamins and minerals were keptconstant. The results show that the appropriate lipid level in the diet rangesfrom 2% to 5%, when the good growth performances are achieved. The statisticalanalysis indicates that when the dietary lipid level is 3.6%, the best growth per-formance will be obtained. |
