| 摘 要： | 依据党的十七大“建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系”的指导思想，文章在分析产学研结合对培养创新型海洋渔业人才重要意义的基础上，阐述海洋渔业科学与技术专业开展产学研结合的模式，探讨产学研结合对教学改革的促进，并分析存在的问题和对策。
