Successful Practice of Synchronized Development of Industrialigation, Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in Heilongjiang Reclamation

Taking Heilongjiang reclamation for an example, the successful experience of industrialigation, urbanization and agricultural modernization synchronized development was elaborated. Practice showed that it was important to consolidate the basis of modern agriculture; the key was to promote the synchronized development of urban and rural areas, and the fundamental point lay in the development of the new industrialization. Then some development proposals were proposed, such as coordinating the promotion of urbanization and new rural construction, taking green development as the theme, and making great efforts to strengthen agriculture modernization.
