威海市休闲渔业发展的现状、问题及对策研究

休闲渔业是指人们劳逸结合的一种渔业活动方式。20世纪60年代以来，休闲渔业在一些较为发达的沿海国家和地区迅速崛起，并取得了较好的社会、经济效益。20世纪90年代末，威海市在保持传统渔业稳定发展的同时，休闲渔业也开始迅速发展起来，取得了良好的社会、经济以及生态效益。但是，作为刚刚起步的新兴产业，威海市休闲渔业在发展中还存在着某些不足和问题，因此就必然要有配套的规划和管理。在深入调查的基础上，文章对威海市休闲渔业的现状、存在的问题进行了分析，并且提出了相应的对策。

Study on Status,Problem and Countermeasure of the Development in Weihai Recreational Fishery

Recreational fishery is a kind of fishing activities which can keep a proper balance between work and rest. Since 1960s, the rapid rise of recreational fishery has obtained better social and economical benefits in some well-developed coastal countries and areas. At the late of 1990s, while maintaining the steady development of traditional fishery, recreational fishery in Weihai has been developing rapidly and achieved good benefits in society, economy and ecology. However, as a new rising industry, the development of recreational fishery in Weihai still exists some deficiencies and problems, which means systematic planning and management are definitely indispensable. Based on in-depth investigation, this paper analyzed the status, problems of recreational fishery in Weihai and further put forword some corresponding solutions.
