| 摘 要： | 文章对黑龙江省休闲渔业发展的基本情况、发展模式、分布特点及经营类型进行了深入的研究和分析，指明在当前的休闲渔业发展中存在着资金投入不足、竞争日趋激烈、规模较小及质量档次较低等问题，并并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策建议。
