| 摘 要： | 生态农村建设是当前建设社会主义新农村的重大举措，本文从农村的生态环境、基础条件和农民意识等方面探讨了农村生态环境存在的问题，指出了加快农村生态建设的重要性，提出了加强乡镇企业环境综合整治、完善体制机制建设、发展生态农业、开展生态文明教育等措施。针对我国农村生态建设的现状和特点，探索出一种适合我国农村实际情况的可持续发展模式：以经济发展为基础，以科技应用为支点，以政府干预为手段，以制度创新为引向，以法制完善为保障，以意识提高为导向的生态农村建设。 |

| Abstract: | Eco-rural construction is a great act of building new socialist countryside at present, from the aspects of the rural ecological environment, infrastructure conditions and farmers＂ awareness, this paper explores the existed problems of rural ecological environment, points out the importance of speeding up ecological environment construction in rural areas, and proposes to strengthen the integrated environmental management of township enterprises, improve the construction of systems and mechanisms, develop ecological agriculture, and carry out the ecological civilization education. For the status and characteristics of China＇s rural ecological construction, the paper explores a sustainable development model that is suitable to the actual situation of China＇s rural areas. The model is based on economic development, and takes the application of technology as a fulcrum, the government intervention as means, the system innovation as an orientation, the legal~ system perfection as a guarantee, and the awareness increases as guidance. |
