湖北省水产品加工业的现状分析与制约因素探讨

淡水产业对湖北国民经济的发展和农民增收具有重要的现实意义。近年来，依托资源和科技优势，湖北省淡水水产品加工业获得了较快发展，水产加工已成为促进水产产业化和农民增收的重要手段；但同时也面临着水产品加工能力和加工技术严重不足，加工产业经济效益偏低以及缺乏大的加工和养殖产业基地等诸多问题，严重影响了湖北淡水水产品加工业的发展和壮大。文章将湖北省淡水水产品加工业同全国其它省份进行了对比分析，探讨了湖北淡水水产品加工所存在的差距和不足，并对湖北淡水水产品加工业的主要制约因素进行了剖析、总结，最后就进一步壮大和发展湖北省淡水水产品加工业提出了相应的对策和建议。

Situation Analysis and Restrictive Factors Discussion of Aquatic Product Process Industry in Hubei Province

Freshwater industry has great practical meaning for the development of national economy and increase of farmer income in Hubei Province. Recent years, freshwater product processing industry developed rapidly, and had become the important method to improve aquatic product industrialization and farmer income. But, at the same time, it is also confronted with many problems, which affect the development and grandness of freshwater product processing industry in Hubei Province, like lacking of the ability and technology of aquatic product processing, low side of processing industry economy benefit, short of large industry base of processing and breed aquatics, etc. The paper analyzed the freshwater industry between Hubei and other provinces, discussed the superiorities and disparities of freshwater product processing in Hubei Province, took apart and summed up the main restrictive factors of freshwater product processing industry, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to develop freshwater product processing industry in Hubei Province.
