| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国渔业发展现状，提出吸引和利用外商直接投资（FDI）渔业来实现渔业增长方式的转变。通过分析我国渔业利用外资的现状及存在的问题，从扩大利用外资规模、提高利用外资质量等方面提出了相应对策。
