| 摘 要： | 中国海洋经济正处于快速发展阶段，加强海洋经济的预测研究将有利于认识海洋经济发展规律、确定全国海洋经济发展目标和实现海洋开发战略目标。文章主要运用趋势外推法和灰色系统理论构建海洋经济预测模型，利用历史统计数据，预测中国海洋经济的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Marine economy is now in a period of rapid development in China; strengthening the predictive study of marine economy is beneficial to recognize the regulation of marine economic development, establishing the development target of marine economic and realizing the strategic objective of marine development. On the basis of the trend extrapolation and grey system theory to construct the forecasting model of marine economy, and uses the historical statistical data, predicates the development tendency of marine economy. |
