| 摘 要： | 单核苷酸多态性(SNP)作为新的遗传标记,已广泛应用于动物遗传育种、基因定位、克隆和遗传多样性等方面的研究。文章对SNP的概念、检测方法进行了详细阐述,并综述了SNP在动物遗传育种和家畜繁殖技术中的应用。
