| 摘 要： | 鹅肥肝生产饲料中添加植物油脂的肥肝重平均大于动物油脂45g,但差异不显著(P>0.05),二者增重速度、屠宰性能差异不显著(P>0.05)。植物油脂添加组肠、肌腺胃重大于动物油脂组8.39%,这可能与动物油脂容易消化吸收有关。血液生化指标与酶类含量差异不显著。

| Abstract: | The experiment show that the fat liver of the group which adding vegetable tallow was increased 45 g than that adding animal tallow, but the difference was not obvious (P>0.05). There was no difference in gain speed and carcass quality of them. The intestines and stomach of the group with vegetable tallow was increased 8.39 percent to that with animal tallow, it may be correlation to that the animal tallow is easy to digest and absorb. It was no difference in the blood biochemical index and the content of enzyme. |
